Nestled on the south side of Mt. Werner and the Steamboat Resort, the Bear Creek neighborhood is a 48 home residential community started in 1994. Bear Creek is located at the crossroads of Meadows and Bear Drive, just over one mile from Gondola Square, with excellent access to public transportation, schools, recreation and a variety of retail outlets. The neighborhood is governed by the Bear Creek Owners Association (BCOA), a Colorado Limited Expense Community.
